Terms of Service
Last updated: September 7, 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
By requesting a quote from or booking work with Best EV Charger Installation Toronto, you agree to these terms and to all applicable Ontario and federal laws. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Quotes and pricing
All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars. Verbal or phone estimates are indicative ranges only. The binding price is the fixed written quote issued after the site inspection, with the Electrical Safety Authority permit fee itemized. Work only begins once you approve that quote.
If site conditions differ materially from what was visible at inspection, for example concealed wiring faults or an unexpected utility requirement, we will stop, explain the change, and issue a revised written quote for your approval before continuing.
4. Permits, inspections, and compliance
Every installation is performed to the current edition of the Ontario Electrical Safety Code. We file the ESA permit, schedule the inspection, and provide the Certificate of Acceptance on completion. Where a service upgrade is required, we coordinate with your local electricity distributor. Utility timelines are outside our control.
5. Warranty
Equipment we install carries the manufacturer parts warranty, typically 3 to 5 years on Level 2 chargers depending on brand. We register that warranty on your behalf. Warranty claims are handled under the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
6. Scheduling, access, and cancellation
Same-day quotes and next-day installs apply to standard residential Level 2 scope. Jobs requiring utility coordination typically take 1 to 2 weeks. You are responsible for providing safe access to the panel, the install location, and any parking or building approvals required. Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule; late cancellations may incur a fee.
7. Emergency service
Emergency dispatch operates 24/7 for safety-critical calls with a target 2-hour on-site response. The $200 CAD dispatch fee is applied to any authorized repair. Target response times are goals, not guarantees, and can be affected by weather and traffic.
8. Rebates
We file eligible rebate applications, such as the Home Renovation Savings program, on your behalf as a courtesy. Program eligibility, funding, and payout are decided entirely by the program administrator. We do not guarantee approval or the amount awarded.
9. Payment
Payment terms are confirmed on your written quote. We accept cash, credit card, and e-transfer. Overdue balances may be subject to interest as permitted by Ontario law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Best EV Charger Installation Toronto is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We carry $2M general liability insurance and WSIB coverage, and we are a bonded contractor.

13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it.
